Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes responsible use expectations for TIRAV Managed IT website interactions, communications, and managed technology environments.

Effective date: June 13, 2026

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets expectations for lawful, secure, and responsible use of TIRAV Managed IT websites, communications, support channels, and service environments.

Additional requirements may apply under client agreements, statements of work, cybersecurity policies, vendor terms, and applicable laws.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use TIRAV Managed IT systems, channels, or services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, spam, credential abuse, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to disrupt infrastructure.

You may not test, scan, probe, or attempt to bypass security controls without written authorization from TIRAV Managed IT.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and authorized users are expected to protect credentials, follow access controls, report suspected security incidents promptly, and use managed environments in a manner consistent with business purpose and applicable policy.

Client administrators are responsible for ensuring their users understand acceptable technology use within their organization.

Security And Enforcement

TIRAV Managed IT may investigate suspected misuse, suspend access, restrict activity, or take other reasonable steps to protect clients, systems, users, and service integrity.

Where required, we may preserve records or cooperate with legal, regulatory, vendor, or law enforcement processes.

Reporting

Suspected abuse, security concerns, or policy violations should be reported to TIRAV Managed IT as soon as possible through our official contact channels.

Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in security practice, business operations, service models, and applicable requirements.
